The room size was notably generous, offering ample space to relax. The bathroom was meticulously CLEAN and well-appointed. I found the sofa in the room quite useful, alongside the range of TV channels provided. The staff were genuinely helpful and cute.
The refund process for the deposit at checkout was a bit slow.

varied breakfast lovely shampoo
the breakfast selection included many choices. i tried an omelette, and it was cooked very well. the hotel provided lovely complimentary hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner. i wish i could find them at home.
the cleaning lady never gave us a water bottle. i thought it was a forgetfulness, so i asked at the reception, but we were never given one.

attentive staff special anniversary much value
The staff was polite and attentive! The hotel went out of their way to add value, it was much appreciated.

lengthy refund process television issue
The room was tidy and offered a nice view of the city.
I was told that the refund for the deposit would take 4 to 5 working days, I found it quite lengthy. There wasn't much else in the immediate vicinity. I did encounter an issue with the television, it would intermittently turn off after a few minutes.

excellent city stay
helpful staff super clean room breakfast variety easy parking
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was super clean and modern, it included nice extras like a sewing kit and a shower cap. the food was lovely, i especially liked the breakfast variety. there was easy parking in car park d booth street west, a short walk from the hotel.
i did experience a slight delay at reception during check-in. there was a bit of a queue, similar to what i've seen in busy shops.

marathon finish good restaurant spacious room
i appreciated the convenient location near the marathon finish line. i found various good restaurants and shops within walking distance. i enjoyed the clean, spacious room. the massive bed was especially nice.
i did have to pay a £50 deposit, a requirement i found a bit unexpected.

I experienced an issue with the television. It would intermittently turn off after a few minutes, despite receiving a replacement remote from reception. This was frustrating, given the limited alternative entertainment options available at the time.
