the breakfast selection included many choices. i tried an omelette, and it was cooked very well. the hotel provided lovely complimentary hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner. i wish i could find them at home.
the cleaning lady never gave us a water bottle. i thought it was a forgetfulness, so i asked at the reception, but we were never given one.

I was told that the refund for the deposit would take 4 to 5 working days, I found it quite lengthy. There wasn't much else in the immediate vicinity. I did encounter an issue with the television, it would intermittently turn off after a few minutes.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was super clean and modern, it included nice extras like a sewing kit and a shower cap. the food was lovely, i especially liked the breakfast variety. there was easy parking in car park d booth street west, a short walk from the hotel.
i did experience a slight delay at reception during check-in. there was a bit of a queue, similar to what i've seen in busy shops.
